By booking a cab through D2W Mobility you agree to these terms. They govern outstation, airport, local and corporate travel booked on our platform.
1. Bookings & fares
Fares shown are all-inclusive of base fare, distance, driver allowance, applicable night charges, estimated tolls, state taxes and GST. Where actual tolls, parking or permit charges differ materially from the estimate, the final amount may be adjusted transparently. A booking is confirmed once you receive a reference number.
2. Payments
You may pay online (UPI, card or wallet) or opt to pay later per the option shown at checkout. Corporate accounts may be billed monthly against a signed agreement, with GST-compliant invoices.
3. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellation Policy. Eligible refunds are processed within 4–7 business days.
4. Conduct & safety
Passengers must not carry illegal or hazardous goods and should treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking, alcohol and unlawful activity in the vehicle are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse or end service for safety reasons.
5. Liability
D2W Mobility operates a marketplace connecting travellers with verified fleet partners and drivers. While we vet partners and support every trip, delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions or force majeure are outside our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.
